What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal and wire transfer.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! We offer several financing options, both in-store and online. The financing application takes just a few minutes and our team can help you through the process.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Absolutely! We take your security very seriously. Your payment is processed through a secured payment gateway to help ensure your privacy. Our website is backed by secureSSL data encryption technology to deliver the utmost safety and security.

Your profile, address information and credit card details are never shared or seen by outside parties, and are only used for the purpose of processing your current order.

Do you charge taxes?

In the USA, Casa Furniture operates in the state of Florida. Any order placed with a delivery address in Florida will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Online Orders

Are all of your products available online?

Generally, our entire collection is available for purchase online. Certain smaller or
seasonal items may only be available through our catalog or in select stores. If you have specific product questions, please call us at(407) 567-0020or emailonline@casafurnitureusa.com.

Do your pieces come in other options?

Most of our pieces are stocked as shown and may be available for special order in other fabric or finish options.

Please keep in mind that for special orders, the order fulfillment time is typically 8 to 16 weeks. Feel free to email us for additional details on any piece at online@casafurnitureusa.com or call (407) 567-0020.

Can I speak to a “real” person and have my questions answered?

Yes, of course! Just give our Casa Furniture Customer Care Department a call at(407) 567-0020and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.

Will the items I select remain in my cart?

If you logged into your Casa Furniture account before placing an order, the items in your cart will remain until your next visit to our website. If you are not a registered Casa Furniture user or if you did not log into your account before placing an item in your cart, your cart will automatically be emptied after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Do you keep the furniture in stock?

We are proud to say that over 90% of our products are in stock and ready to be shipped within days of your order.

For local Florida-area deliveries, we utilize our own white glove delivery teams. In most cases your items will arrive in less than 21 days, regardless of your location.

Any product that is in stock and available to be shipped by UPS will arrive approximately 7—10 days after the order has been processed. If an item is in stock but too large for UPS to handle, it will be shipped via our outside delivery partners.

If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible, prior to processing your order.

How can I make sure you have received my order?

After your order has been placed, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page that shows a summary of your transaction. You can choose to print this confirmation page for your records.

You will also receive this summary via email shortly after your order is placed, as well as additional email notifications once your order ships.

Please be sure to enter your email address accurately to ensure timely delivery of your notifications.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged as soon as your credit card institution authorizes the payment to Casa Furniture.

Typically, if your items are ready to ship, your card will be charged within 2–3 business days. If an item you purchased is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know and give you the option to wait for the item or cancel it. Your final charge will be adjusted accordingly.

How can I change my order?

Front door deliveries cannot be canceled, as they are processed immediately to ensure quick arrival.

For all other orders, please contact Customer Service at (407) 567-0020 to change or process a cancellation.

I received a message telling me my online order can’t be processed. Why?

Usually, this message is generated when information regarding your order was entered incorrectly. Please make sure your payment information is up to date, and your billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly.

Does Casa Furniture have a showroom I can visit?

Absolutely! We would love to serve you at any one of our three showrooms in Orlando, Florida. We also have one Outlet Center located in Orlando, Florida. You canclick hereto find the location nearest to you.

Order Pickup & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

We will make every effort to get your new furnishings to you as quickly as possible! Our in-stock items will arrive within 7–10 business days and back-ordered items ship as soon as they arrive. Custom, made-to-order items are delivered within 8–16 weeks.

Orders placed online are typically ready to leave our Distribution Center within 48 hours of payment verification, provided we have the selected items in stock.

For all other orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please make sure you’re available on the confirmed date to ensure your timely delivery. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, contact our Customer Care Department at (407) 567-0020 and we’ll be happy to select a more convenient date that works for you.

Can I pick up my own order?

Yes, of course! Pick-up is available from our main distribution center, located at: 7522 Presidents Dr, Orlando, FL 32809

Important things to note:

- Customers must provide a safe and adequate vehicle to transport their merchandise.

- Casa Furniture assumes no responsibility for damage to furniture, auto, property, or personal injury that occurs as a result of unsafe loading or assembly.

- Customers picking up online orders are required to present the credit card used to purchase their order and a valid photo ID at the time of pick up. We cannot release merchandise without proper identification.

To pick up your online order, choose the “Local Pick-Up” option in the Shopping Cart.

What time can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order any time Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.

Does Casa offer shipping options?

Absolutely! We offer two convenient types of shipping:

Standard Shipping: If you would like to set up your new furniture yourself, choose our standard service and we will deliver your purchase right to your door! From there, you can install or assemble the items yourself. Installation is not included.

White Glove Delivery: Unlike the Standard Shipping option, White Glove Delivery includes installation and the setup of your new furnishings. Enjoy professional assembly and installation — right in the comfort of your home! We’ll take care of everything you need and remove all of the packaging to keep your new, freshly redesigned space clutter-free.

How much is shipping?

Your shipping costs will vary depending on the products you order and your shipping address. For online orders, simply start shopping online and check your shipping total during checkout. There, you’ll find your personally calculated shipping cost before you finalize your order.

What if I want to schedule my own furniture delivery time?

At Casa Furniture, we know how important your time is. For your convenience, we are happy to offer a 48-hour advanced notice of your delivery time, as well as a 4–6-hour window for delivery.

How will I know my shipping details are secure?

As with all your personal information, Casa Furniture takes your security very seriously. Our website is backed by secure SSL data encryption technology to deliver the utmost safety and security.

Your profile, address information and credit card details are never shared or seen by outside parties, and are only used for the purpose of processing your current order.

Will all my items arrive at the same time?

For your convenience, all of the available items in your order will ship together.

However, if any of your items are not available at the time of your purchase, our online sales representative will get in touch with you within 24 hours (or the next business day)to let you know. After you’ve been notified, you will have the option to cancel, change, or keep the items and have them delivered as soon as they become available.

Do you ship overseas?

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

Yes, you can! If you would like to place an order but have it shipped at a later date, simply call our Customer Care Service Center at (407) 567-0020 to let us know. One of our friendly sales associates will be happy to assist you with your request.

What if a purchased item has a missing part or requires assembly?

If an item you purchased is missing a part or requires assembly, please call our Customer Care department at (407) 567-0020.

For faster service, please have the following items ready:

- Your original order number

- Product name

- The item number of the piece that needs to be replaced.

What if my furniture becomes damaged during delivery?

We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in excellent condition.

In the rare event that your furniture does become damaged during delivery, please follow the steps below:

- Inspect your delivered items while our delivery professional is still present.

- Note all of the damaged items on the delivery ticket and confirm with the delivery professional who will take back the items.

- Finally, please report the damage to our Customer Care Department immediately at (407) 567-0020.

After receiving your notification, we will make every arrangement to have the damage repaired or replaced. Replacements or repairs will be made at our discretion.

Care & Additional Help

How do I care for eco-leather?

To care for your new Eco-leather, use a damp cloth with clean water. For stubborn spots, mild soap is safe to use. Never use harsh chemicals — such as bleach, rubbing alcohol, etc. — to clean or maintain your Eco-leather.

Does Casa Furniture offer a warranty?

Yes! Depending on the product, many of our offerings carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 to 10 years.
