The leather is soft to the touch with a nice texture. Padding on the seat and back are just enough to be comfortable without being bulky. The foot has nice felt pads, so they don’t scratch the floor. They are also a good weight and feel sturdy. The color is a nice neutral grey, lighter than charcoal.
Delivery gents very helpful. But why deliver a bed without a bunky board. I know there is no mattress but why not everything else. Furniture looks good - not cheap but at least tell me it does not come with a base so I know to buy that and a mattress
